Public offer
Edition: 2026-10-06.1. Prepared: 2026-10-06. This edition applies after publication and acceptance. Earlier acceptance history is retained.
Provider and service
Service provider and personal data controller: individual entrepreneur Alexander Vladimirovich Sheremet, INN 380122798724, OGRNIP 326385000085292. Address: 664009, Russia, Irkutsk Region, Irkutsk, Kultukskaya Street, 16, apartment 185. Legal enquiries: semax.semax@yandex.ru. Support: support@claudexia.tech.
Claudexia provides technical access to third-party AI models through an API gateway and dashboard at https://claudexia.tech. The provider arranges access, usage accounting and billing. It does not train these models or claim to represent their rights holders.
Contract formation
Before registration, the user receives the offer and explicitly accepts it. Acceptance is recorded with the version and timestamp. This edition applies to contracts formed after publication and acceptance; the preparation date is not an effective date. Existing rights and recorded acceptance history are not changed retrospectively.
Provide accurate registration details and protect account credentials and API keys. Necessary account processing is based on contract formation and performance. Accepting this offer does not consent to advertising, analytics or other optional processing.
Prices, prepayment and accounting
Before a paid request, the user can review the available model, price, billing unit and charging rules. Prepayment funds future services. Charges follow measured usage and the applicable price. Bonuses are distinct from paid funds and are not prepaid cash. Currency, exchange rate and payment total must be disclosed before payment confirmation.
Price changes apply to future requests after the new price is published. They do not alter completed services or conceal the price before payment. A disputed charge can be checked using the request identifier and usage records; incorrect charges are corrected.
Model output and availability
Models may produce errors or incomplete information, refuse a request or become unavailable. Verify output before decisions affecting health, property or legal rights. The standard service does not promise a particular result, accuracy or guaranteed response time. A separate SLA applies only when expressly agreed.
Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. These terms do not restrict the provider’s statutory liability, the right to dispute incorrect charges, terminate services or receive unused prepaid funds. An upstream outage or closure does not justify confiscating a remaining balance.
Suspension and termination
Access may be temporarily restricted to protect an account, investigate abuse, meet mandatory requirements or when funds are insufficient. Where possible, the provider explains the reason and contact process. Restrictions must be proportionate. Suspension does not remove the right to reconcile charges and recover unused paid funds.
The user may terminate future services through support. Refunds, incorrect charges and disputed requests follow the Refunds document and mandatory statutory deadlines. An upstream supplier’s failure is assessed under applicable law and the specific circumstances, without a blanket release of provider liability.
Enquiries and applicable law
Legal enquiries are accepted using the provider’s published contacts. Russian law applies with mandatory protections applicable to the user. Consumers retain statutory jurisdiction choices. The Russian text and English translation cover the same edition; the translation does not waive mandatory rights.
