Public Offer

This Public Offer ("Offer") governs your use of the Claudexia platform ("Service"), accessible at claudexia.tech. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Offer in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Claudexia provides prepaid API proxy access to third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers. The Service operates as a gateway: user requests are routed to upstream AI providers, and responses are returned to the user. The Service does not create, train, or host AI models itself.

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Claudexia makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, response times, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions at any time. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Service pricing is displayed in your dashboard and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to monitor current pricing before making requests. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service operates on a prepaid model. You must maintain a positive account balance to make API requests. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Claudexia in cases of significant service outages or billing errors.

The Service stores only metadata associated with each API request, including the model used, token counts, and cost. The Service does not log, store, or inspect the content of your API requests or responses. You are solely responsible for the data you transmit through the Service and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and the terms of upstream AI providers.

Claudexia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of this Offer or abusive behavior, without prior notice. In case of termination for cause, any remaining balance is non-refundable. For terminations at Claudexia's discretion without cause, a pro-rata refund of the remaining balance may be issued. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, to distribute harmful or malicious content, to circumvent restrictions or terms of upstream AI providers, to engage in abusive behavior that degrades the Service for other users, or to resell access without authorization. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudexia's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. In no event shall Claudexia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

This Offer may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Offer.
